We do not accept refunds on the following; All Services, Style Guides and Gift Cards.

Services need to be paid 1 week prior to date of consult. 
 

For all services payment is valid for 90 days past the date of payment.
 

All services have the ability to be rescheduled a maximum of two times within your 90 day payment.

Style Guide and Gift Card is paid via a secure payment system (WIX.COM). Once payment is received download is automatically sent to your given email.
